Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Alabama seeks a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will create safe, fun, and entertaining programs while fostering a friendly member experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, guiding activities, maintaining safety, managing staff checklists, and promoting Life Time Kids programs. Must complete required certifications on time and hold First Aid/ CPR training within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children with storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains safe environment and monitors equipment and surroundings.
• Maintains team and daily checklists; promotes Life Time Kids programs.
