You will greet members, guide storytelling, crafts, singing and games while ensuring a clean, safe environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Must obtain required certifications promptly and maintain compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork and coaching, with opportunities to promote Life Time Kids programs to families

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day.

Responsabilités

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and maintains a safe and healthy environment for toys, equipment, children and surroundings
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing/cleaning checklists
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed
