Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to oversee engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within our Academy and classes. You will greet guests, lead stories, crafts, songs and games, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment while promoting Life Time Kids programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and certifications in First Aid and CPR/CPR-AED within the first 60 days. Benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• First Aid certification and CPR/CPR-AED within required timeframe.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains safe and healthy environment with respect to toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes team evaluations and provides coaching as needed.
