Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will ensure safety, supervise play, and promote Life Time Kids programs while coordinating with staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications including First Aid/CPR within 60 days. Expect an hourly pay range from $17.25 to $20.50 with benefits for team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start.
• First Aid and CPR/CPR-AED certifications required within 60 days.
• Complete state or federal requirements prior to first day.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts/crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment for toys, equipment, children and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides feedback.
