Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years old within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, guide storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games, while ensuring a safe, healthy environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days, and completion of Kids On‑Demand learning before day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment for children and supervision of toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Conducts Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback.
