This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before your first day, and First Aid/ CPR certifications within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid/CPR certifications must be completed within 60 days of hire.
• All Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications must be completed before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation and staffing checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides feedback to staff.
