Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe environment and monitors toys, equipment, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
