Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a Kids Supervisor to provide best-in-class engagement and play for children aged three months to 11 years in the Academy and classes. You will lead engaging, safe activities and supervise staff to ensure a positive experience for families.

Responsibilities include greeting members, guiding crafts and storytelling, maintaining safety, managing documentation, promoting Life Time Kids programs, and providing coaching through evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in activities: storytelling, crafts, singing, games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
