Job summary

Life Time in the United States is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games, while weaving nutrition education into themed sessions for ages 3–13.

You will lead up to 10 children, maintain safety, model a positive attitude, coordinate with staff, and support monthly events to drive participation and revenue in a welcoming fitness environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification (infant/child and adult) within 60 days.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in interactive activities while maintaining a safe environment.
• Lead a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate professionalism toward customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
• Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensure supplies and snacks are used as budgeted.
