Job summary

Life Time in Henderson, NV, is seeking a position within the Academy/Child Center to oversee safety, engagement, and operations for junior members and programming. You will partner with the Kids Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for Members and Team Members during events and daily activities.

The role emphasizes customer service, staff training, and event coordination with a focus on safe, engaging children's programs and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Supports events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages payroll within budgetary guidelines and reports to Kids Manager.
• Leads and coaches Kids team members; provides ongoing training and feedback.
• Performs hiring, onboarding and inventory management for the kids team and program supplies.
