Job summary

Life Time seeks a dedicated Academy/Child Center Leader to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth operations for junior members. Collaborate with the Kids Manager to deliver exceptional experiences during events, programming, and daily activities.

You will oversee payroll within budget, coach staff, and lead hiring/onboarding while maintaining high service standards and a welcoming environment for Members and Team Members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications required before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming, marketing, and driving participation and revenue.
• Manage Academy/Child Center payroll within budget and advise Kids Manager as needed.
• Support Kids team members with ongoing training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and inventory for kids team and supplies.
