Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the Academy/Child Center, ensuring safety, engagement, and outstanding service for Members and Team Members. You will collaborate with the Kids Manager to deliver exceptional junior-programming experiences and events.

The role requires 2 years in children’s programming and supervisory experience, plus First Aid/CPR certifications. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests
• Promotes and assists in events/programming along with marketing and driving participation numbers and revenue
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines
• Supports Kids team members with training, feedback, and coaching
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members
• Manages inventory and ordering of supplies, toys and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events
