Qualifications

• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED for Infant/Child and Adult within 60 days of hire
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED may be acceptable depending on state requirements

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Fosters children's development by instructing organized activities per the Kids Academy schedule
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming
• Maintains records of attendance, development, and incidents
• Monitors safety and environment, ensuring safe use of toys and equipment
• Uses positive behavior management and clear communication with parents and team
• Promotes Junior programming to increase participation
• Maintains the Kids Academy and other areas by following cleaning checklists and restocking
• Handles incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally
