Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will host parties and events as needed, greet members and guests, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include preparing classes, managing attendance and progress, and partnering with parents and staff to promote Junior programming and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand required learnings prior to first day of work.
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED is acceptable per the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instruct and organize activities for ages 3 months to 11 years.
• Transfer kids to and from programming and prepare class setup.
• Maintain attendance, development, and incident records.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of play areas and equipment.
• Use positive behavior management and communicate with parents and team.
