Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years at the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and supervise safe, fun activities and games, and may host parties and events.

Responsibilities include greeting families, tracking attendance and development, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating with parents and team members. The role emphasizes kid engagement, safety, and positive behavior management.

Qualifications

• Must have First Aid/ CPR within the first 60 days
• Excellent communication with children and parents
• Ability to engage a group of children in activities

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical development
• Prepares and sets up for class and handles transitions for kids
• Maintains attendance records and monitors safety during activities
• Promotes programming to increase participation
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks supplies after each class
• Handles incidents calmly and appropriately
