Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is hiring a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and supervise activities and events, including hosting parties, ensuring a fun, safe environment.

You will use positive behavior management and maintain attendance records while coordinating with parents and staff to support each child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Low formal education requirement; ability to engage young children.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learnings before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Sets up for class and transfers children to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Maintains safe, healthy environment and handles incidents calmly.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation in Kids & Aquatics.
• Keeps the Kids Academy clean and restocked after classes.
• Communicates with parents and team to ensure safety and satisfaction.
