Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an RN Kidney Transplant Coordinator for the clinic to coordinate care for kidney/pancreas/liver transplant patients and living donors in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work with physicians, pharmacists and other specialists to determine the best care plan and multiple treatment options for transplant readiness and follow-up.

Ideal candidates are RNs with an Associate Degree and BSN, 2 years RN experience, and preferred CCU/ICU/BMT exposure; BLS

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Associate Degree; BSN required with enrollment and completion expectations.
• Critical Care, ICU or BMT experience preferred.
• BLS within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for solid organ transplant patients and living donors in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and other specialists to determine the best care plan.
• Manage multiple treatment options as part of pre- and post-transplant care.
