Medical City Healthcare in Dallas is seeking an experienced RN - Renal Transplant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will assess, document, administer meds, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients, aligning with nursing models and the hospital's vision.

ACLS and BLS requirements apply within specified timelines; RN licensure and an associate degree are required; travel is not involved.

Qualificações

• Current RN license and state board certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS/CPR healthcare provider within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate degree in nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient's condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs to ensure comfort.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.
