Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Transplant Coordinator to oversee the transplant process for kidney recipients and donors, coordinating care with nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure seamless evaluation, treatment, and follow-up.

The role requires ASN RN, BLS, and strong organizational/communication skills, with emphasis on collaboration and patient-centered care. Hybrid work with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• ASN RN required.
• BSN preferred; ASN RNs hired after January 1, 2013 must complete BSN within five years of hire.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license; BLS certification per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary transplant care across evaluation, treatment, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, primary nurses, and healthcare team members.
• Track care activities, document outcomes, and support quality initiatives.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the transplant process.
