Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Transplant Coordinator (RN) to manage care for kidney and pancreas transplant recipients during and after the procedure.

You will collaborate with the transplant team and referring physicians, deliver postoperative teaching, and support ongoing patient education in the post-transplant clinic. The role requires an RN license with 3+ years of renal/transplant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse required; plus transplant coordination knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing care of kidney and/or pancreas transplant recipients post-transplant.
• Monitor progress and ongoing treatment of post-transplant recipients.
• Provide post-operative teaching and ongoing education to transplant patients.
• Assist in operation of the post-transplant clinic.
