Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Relevant apparel design experience, preferably in childrenswear.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and the product development process.
• Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for trend, color, print, and proportion.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design original, trend-right apparel.
• Develop sketches, technical flats, and design packages accurately.
• Create and maintain BOMs and tech pack information.
• Research market trends and inform design strategy.
• Source fabrics, prints, and embellishments for product vision.
• Participate in fit sessions and collaborate on product execution.
• Partner with merchandising and production for timely product delivery.
• Contribute to seasonal presentations and line reviews.
