The candidate should be proficient with AI-powered design tools alongside traditional software to accelerate the creative process and deliver production-ready artwork with CAD capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's apparel, sleepwear, or related product design.
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills.
• Experience using AI creative/design tools.
• Strong CAD and technical design skills.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinker blending AI with traditional design.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children's sleepwear and baby products.
• Design and develop new product concepts and collections.
• Create detailed CADs and production-ready artwork.
• Utilize AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations.
• Use AI to speed up concept development and overall design workflow.
• Translate AI-generated concepts into clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork.
• Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times.
