24 Seven Talent is partnering with a fashion brand in New York City to recruit an Associate Designer who will support the design team through the product lifecycle from concept to development. This onsite role requires collaboration with Merchandising, Production, and Graphics to translate concepts into final designs.

The candidate will research trends, maintain design office organization, and assist in milestone meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design or related field.
1–2 years of design experience.
Strong sketching and color sense with fabric knowledge.
Understanding of customer preferences on fashion and style trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Provide admin support from concept to final development.
Assist cross-functional communication between Merchants, Production, and Vendors.
Collaborate with teams to organize and track samples.
Prepare presentation boards for seasonal milestones.
Research concepts and create sketches, prototypes and artwork in concept development.
Assist Design team in all aspects of the design process as needed.
