Golden Touch in New York seeks a Designer, Sleepwear to design and develop innovative sleepwear collections across distribution channels. You will own the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and seasonal milestones.

We require a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design and 4+ years of sleepwear experience, with strong Illustrator skills and PLM experience. This onsite role offers pay in the New York market and opportunities to mentor junior designers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 4+ years of apparel design experience with direct sleepwear work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop preferred.
• Experience developing tech packs and design packages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Design trend-right sleepwear collections aligned with brand goals.
• Create seasonal concepts, CADs, sketches, colorways, and presentations.
• Develop tech packs and communicate design intent across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Production, and Sourcing.
• Lead fittings, approve lab dips, and manage calendars and milestones.
