Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in San Antonio is hiring for an entry-level hospitality role. You will support guest services and food service operations during shifts, ensuring a warm, friendly experience for guests staying at the hotel.

Responsibilities include overseeing the 5:30 Kickback, maintaining kitchen and lobby cleanliness, ensuring food safety, stocking supplies, and assisting guests with information about the hotel, area and events. We offer growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to inventory food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests, including food preparation and cleanup.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby clean and organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and stock supplies.
• Present a high standard of hospitality and integrity to promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous guest service with a positive, can-do attitude.
