Drury Plaza Hotel - 828 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 seeks a part-time Kickback Host to manage the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests, including food prep and cleanup.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining clean kitchen and lobby areas, and upholding Drury's standards of service. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hotel services, strong guest communication skills in English, and the ability to inventory food items and manage orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
• Ensure kitchen and lobby areas are clean and well organized.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
