Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback 'happy hour' available and enjoyable for guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and cleanup.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards and adequate supplies.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guests' questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly service with a +1 attitude.
