Drury Hotels at Drury Inn & Suites – Cape Girardeau seeks friendly hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth kitchen operations during the 5:30 Kickback. You will help keep the kitchen and lobby clean, maintain food safety, and assist guests with local information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour" for our guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for our team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and cleanup.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
• Promote Drury culture with integrity, service and hospitality.
• Answer guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
