Job summary

Hyman Brothers Auto Group in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to service needs, explain repair options and costs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality work.

You will maintain clear records, follow up with customers, promote recommended maintenance, and deliver a courteous, high‑quality service experience. Prior automotive service experience and proficiency with service software are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.
