Job summary

Kerry Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the service process, determine their vehicle needs, and ensure a positive experience. Outgoing, upbeat personalities excel in this role.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, updating on vehicle progress, and promoting services while maintaining ethical business standards and the company image. CDL and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
• Multitasking skills.
• Proficient use of computers/business machines.

• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
• Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
