Job summary

McGrath Family of Dealerships in Hiawatha, IA seeks a friendly Sales Consultant to build relationships and guide customers through vehicle selections. You’ll demonstrate vehicles, follow up with buyers, and contribute to a high-energy, team-driven sales floor.

The role includes a robust training program, mentorship, and an unlimited earning potential with a minimum guaranteed pay. Flexibility to work weekends is required, with a focus on outstanding customer service.
