McGrath Automotive Group in Marion, IA is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, team-oriented showroom. You will build relationships, guide customers through vehicle choices, demonstrate features, and strive to exceed goals with our extensive training and mentorship.

You’ll work flexible hours including weekends, complete background and motor vehicle checks, and enjoy a competitive pay plan with uncapped earning potential; average consultants earn over $6,000 per month,

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.

• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
