McGrath Family of Dealerships in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a Sales Consultant for Ford New Car Full Time Sales. You will build relationships, assist customers in selecting vehicles, and demonstrate features while learning with a mentor to start strong.

Enjoy extensive training, unlimited earning potential with a strong growth plan, and a team-focused environment. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends, and to pass a background and motor vehicle check.

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude with you everyday.
