Job summary

McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Sales Consultant in Hiawatha, IA. This full-time role offers extensive training, mentorship, and unlimited earning potential with a pay range of $60,000 to $120,000 annually.

You will be joining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on customer relationships and high-quality vehicle demonstrations. Successful candidates will have a strong customer service orientation, be willing to work weekends, and pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Be the vehicle expert; know the in's and out's of product offerings, packages and tech.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.

• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude with you everyday.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in's and out's.
