This part-time, on-site role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends at the Jordan Creek Mall location.

You will train staff, maintain merchandising standards, and secure the store; proficiency with Shopify/Shopify POS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.

• Inventory integrity and adaptable to new systems.
• Flexible availability incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with Shopify/Shopify POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead team to deliver an excellent customer experience and revenue.
• Facilitate retail sales and suggestive sell to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sell through on sales floor and replenish as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Educate and train team on product knowledge.
• Support Store Manager on initiatives and secure the store.
