Job summary

The Normal Brand is hiring a part-time Keyholder for our Springfield, MO store. We are a fast-growing apparel company that prioritizes a fun, clean, and engaging shopping environment. The Keyholder will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, fashion/apparel experience, and proficiency with Shopify POS. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Fashion/apparel industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead team to deliver an excellent customer experience and revenue.
• Facilitate retail sales and suggestive sell to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sell-through on sales floor and replenish as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Educate and train team on product knowledge.
• Support Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
