Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to greet shoppers, help locate merchandise and complete sales at the register.

You will support store operations, assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, keep shelves stocked, handle inventory, and help open or close the store when needed. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 55 lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Support Store Manager with daily tasks and store operations.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
