Job summary

Mizzen+Main is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Houston Heights on a part-time basis. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers with product selection and checkout.

Prior retail experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork. You will engage customers, stay informed on promotions, and assist with store events while maintaining a clean, organized floor and accurate

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mizzen+Main's products, values, and brand story.
• Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach and assist with product selection.
• Process all customer transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor through merchandising and inventory replenishment.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and stockroom tasks.
• Stay up to date on promotions, events, and new product launches.
• Participate in in-store events and help achieve store sales goals.
