Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe in California, United States, is seeking a Keyholder for its Luxury Beauty Stores – Outlet Store. You will assist the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

You will maintain brand image, lead by example in productivity, and train new staff while ensuring open/close procedures and policy compliance. This role emphasizes flexibility and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Retail/cosmetics experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual targets.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and develop relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain product and brand image presentation with neat, organized store.
• Lead in productivity and ensure regular attendance and timeliness.
• Perform open and close procedures and train new employees.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Execute visual directives and selling tools effectively.
• Drive process improvements and remove roadblocks.
