Job summary

Family Dollar in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and manage sales transactions using the POS system. You will support the Store Manager with daily activities, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, well- stocked store.

In this role, you will help open or close the store when needed, guide team members on operating practices, and contribute to asset protection while ensuring a positive image with

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. (55 lbs. occasional) and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Open or close the store in the absence of management; oversee store conditions.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock shelves; support deliveries and replenishment.
• Assist Store Manager with asset protection and daily store operations.
