Family Dollar in Mesquite, Texas is hiring a Part-time Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection and location, and efficiently complete sales transactions.

You will support store operations by helping the Store Manager with daily activities, maintaining accurate inventory, assisting with deliveries and replenishment, and ensuring the store remains clean and appealing.

Qualificações

• Availability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (and up to 55 lbs. occasionally).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsabilidades

• Greets, assists and thanks customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns.
• Handles situations with the best interest of both the customer and Company in mind.
• Builds average basket and store sales through suggestive selling and promoting promotions.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Maintains a positive image towards internal and external customers and the community.
• Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Assists in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks and stocking shelves.
• Assists the Store Manager in asset protection and operational duties when needed.
• Opens or closes the store in absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Completes all Position Based Training timely.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
