Dry Goods USA is seeking a Keyholder to support the management team with store operations and to deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, highlight product knowledge, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

You will also assist with training, open/close procedures, and work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan and merchandise discounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
