Job summary

Dry Goods seeks a dedicated Keyholder to support store operations, uphold an engaging customer experience, and share product knowledge. You’ll help present an inviting, well-organized shop while welcoming customers and encouraging repeat visits.

In this role, you will lead by example on service, assist with training new hires, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures across day, evening, and weekend shifts, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and build relationships.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow your business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
