Job summary

Family Dollar in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and cross-train for front-end duties. You will manage merchandise, help with cash register transactions, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities
