Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder ADC Trainer for the Jensen Breach ADC. The role combines customer service with leadership duties to keep a welcoming donation site and smooth daily operations.

You will open and close shifts, train team members on processes, and partner with leadership to maintain security, donor counts, and quality service. The position offers benefits and opportunities for development within a nonprofit focused on changing

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership to maintain a high quality donation site, including overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service.
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
