Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder in West Palm Beach, FL for a full-time role. You will provide world class customer service, help maintain a high quality donation site, and assist with opening and closing duties as required.

You will work with the Leadership team to ensure safety, security, and smooth operations, train to master Goodwill processes, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO and store discounts.

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service.
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
