Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, assist with pre-registration and blocking reservations
• Post charges accurately and promptly
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information securely
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow cancellation/relocation procedures
