Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Key Lead at Crossroads Center in St. Cloud, MN. This part-time role drives customer experience on the floor, coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and helps achieve daily sales goals.

You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while representing the Brand and company culture. Scheduling includes weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and maintain product knowledge.
• Build and refresh visual displays to support sales.
• Monitor inventory and protect store assets.
