Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead at Tanger Outlets Charleston to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure exceptional in-store experiences and meet daily sales goals.

You will perform opening/closing, operate POS, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, and maintain visual displays while upholding the brand’s culture and values. Schedule includes Saturdays/Sundays and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
