Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead at Tanger Outlets Savannah in Pooler, GA. You will supervise floor activity, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive daily sales while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

Your schedule will vary, with at least 12–16 hours weekly and weekend availability. You’ll lead by example, stay energized, and support a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze sales reports.
• Protect store assets and assist with inventory control.
• Represent Abercrombie & Fitch with brand integrity on the floor.
